What are Aluminium Tubes?

Aluminium 6082 is a medium strength alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. It has the highest strength of the 6000 series alloys, which are known for their versatility. 6082 grade Aluminium is primarily known for its exceptional mechanical properties and is typically used in highly stressed applications.

Aluminium tubes made from 6082 grade aluminium are lightweight, durable and highly resistant to corrosion. This makes them suitable for many applications across a variety of industries.

These applications include structural engineering, particularly for bridge building, scaffolding and frameworks, thanks to the strength of the 6082 alloy. It’s also used in transportation and marine applications due to its resistance to seawater corrosion. What Is The Difference Between Aluminium Grades?
