METAL EXPERTS!

I ordered a perforated stainless steel sheet on 21 May and was advised that it had been dispatched on 22 May via Evri. Unfortunately, the item never arrived. I contacted the company by email and telephone to try to resolve the issue. Communication was slow, and I had difficulty getting through by phone. As the item was required for a time-sensitive project, the delay caused significant inconvenience, especially as I had already fabricated a box specifically to fit the sheet. To their credit, the company did offer to send a replacement. However, this would have required a signed delivery during working hours, which was not practical for me. They subsequently agreed to provide a refund. While the customer service team eventually offered a reasonable resolution, the failed delivery and delays in communication meant I was left without the product when I needed it. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot rate the overall service highly.

Excellent company to deal with 5 star. Julie who works in dispatch [and involving] Is a first class employee of the company there is nothing she won’t do and so polite . My company will be using yourselves for all are special metal products in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was looking to purchase a very small quantity of specialist stainless steel nuts bots and washers. Unlike many other companies this is possible at speciality metals. Julie was extremely helpful in supplying all the items I required. A fabulous service could not fault her for her time and effort, highly recommended.

Amazing, There was a mistake in the OG order 6 months ago that I discovered only now... And they happily replaced the part and even cut it to length for me saving me time. Thank you
